ASKING NRI TO COME AS FDI ENTREPRENEURE DOES NOT PROVIDE MATCHING SITUATIONS.INDIA CAN HAVE LOT OF FUNDING AS NRO DEPOSIT PROVIDED THEIR DEPOSITS ARE CHARGED TDS AT PAR WITH RESIDENT INDIANS. IT IS NOT THE FACT THAT NRI CHERISH TO DEVOTE LIFE &NRI FUNDING EXCEPT A FEW.THEY AT BEST DO PREFER TO DONATE AS LOVE FOR THE COMMUNITY.

It would be great if NRI are encouraged to attach to their indian investments, some tangible support for our rich indian culture. Build a common temple inside new residential society, sponsor a Gurukul or Acharyakulum, support a gaushala, sponsor ayurved related activity somewhere, sponsor activity classes like storytelling about Indian culture, essay-writing, outdoor games and skill-training for children, etc.

Every diaspora or NRI has same skill and they willing to serve for their country.so we can 'use' this in our favour. If one who has been living out side the country and if he fulfill the standard establish by indian government then he will be rewarded with some certificate like Pravisi bhartiya Ki savdesh seva etc. And standards are like some improvement that will be help the India for their growth whether it is at micro level or major level .

Our pravasi friends not only can help through their financial aid but also we need to give them chance to infuse their idea in every dimension through their help we can enhance our domestic market which will provide more opportunity in rural employment we need that bridge between both vertical world. From this onwards we need desi pravasi meeting platform to inculcate this programme.

1. most country developed economically, as their citizens were given help while travelling / living abroad thru embassy and consulates, 2. some services should be online like driving license cant renew until I get clearance or make new. 3. except 2-3 countries, no place for Indians to get help in legal or business problems or association. 4. china did rewarded for overseas Chinese to invest or help in growth of china, 5. cultural events to unite Indians, unlike pvt doing for their own community

1. putting an end to bureaucracy & the hurdles and nurturing the talents here in India. 2. asking them to work for Indian development and giving their expertise. 3. asking them to work in India, for some years with competitive pay-grade and allowances. 4. Asking them to train the people back home by giving some of their time since knowledge shared is knowledge gained.

Putting an end to bureaucracy and red tapism is the first step. Projects should be approved immediately and sufficient land made available at the earliest for developing projects. Infrastructure should be improved in undeveloped areas to develop such projects and at the same time education and working skills should be provided to the concerned population to get employment in these areas. Labour reforms should further create a sense of comfort between owners and workers.
