यद्यपि, साक्षरता दरों में काफी वृद्धि हुई है, तथापि साक्षरता में जेंडर, सामाजिक और क्षेत्रीय असमताएं बनी हुई हैं। साक्षरता स्तरों में ये उपलब्धिैयां, प्रौढ़ शिक्षा कार्यक्रमों की सफलता और प्राथमिक शिक्षा में सुधारों के कारण हुई है। तथापि, प्रौढ़ शिक्षा कार्यक्रमों और मुक्त शिक्षा प्रणालियों की पहल के जरिए सामाजिक रूप से लाभवंचित वर्गों और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले व्यक्तियों की साक्षरता स्तरों में वृद्धि करने की और अधिक आवश्यकता है। इस प्रकरण में यह राय प्राप्ति करने का प्रयास किया गया है कि हम, साक्षरता स्तरों में मौजूदा असमताओं को कम करने के लिए और अधिक प्रगति के लक्ष्य को कैसे प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

साक्षरता स्‍तर निम्‍न है पूर्व में प्रैाढ शिक्षा दि गयी थी प्रौढ साक्षरता के लिए प्रौढो को मानदेय की व्‍यवस्‍था होनी चाहिए एनआईओएस के साथ पंजीक़त नहीं हे बालिकाए घरेलू कार्य एवं जागरूकता की कमी के कारण स्‍कूलो में नियमित नही आती हे छात्रव़ति दी जा रही है मुक्‍त विधालय से लाभ नहीं उठा रहे है

We should give certificate of merit to all the participants at each year to make them motivated and group leaders from among the learners are to be selected for guiding the others and some outstanding guides can be trained and induced as Rural Teacher without considering their age or qualification and an honourarium paid. This help the people conceive an idea that the education if pursued well, can give them some sort of income and more and more people are attracted.

For helping the un-previleged, we should deviate from the conventional method of education. That is, we should make the education informal by making available the facilities of education as and when needed by the persons. That is we make informal admission at school to the dropouts, new literates and arrange for classes to them and make facility to write the examination as and when they are ready - ie. if one wants to write the 1st standard examination after two years of learning, allow it.

MANY SCHOOL OPEN FOR THEIR CHILD TO BE STUDY AND MANY SCHEMES HAVE RUNS TO DEVELOP THEM, BUT ALL OF THEM HAVE NO VALUE IN GROUND LEVEL.IN MY VILLAGE THERE IS FIVE SCHOOL BUT NOT ANY CHILD OF MY HOUSE GO THERE FOR STUDY. EVEN MORE THAN 20 CHILD IN MY FAMILY.THERE IS SEVEN AGANWADI IN MY VILLAGE BUT THEY HAVE NOTHING ANY TERM WITH EDUCATION.POLITICIAN AND BUREAUCRATS KNOW THIS FACT EVEN THEY TAKE SHARE FROM THEM FOR ALL OF THIS.WE NOW NOT NEED ANY SCHEMES BUT IMPLEMENT IT IN WELL WAY.

From news papers @ TV channels ,it is learnt that Rahul is spreading sufficiently negative propaganda against Modigi/BJP among farmers/villagers during his visit. This is grossly effecting image of our Modigi/BJP.Is it not possible to depute some reputed/effective politician from NDA to visit them and wash the impression of Rahul? Common man may not be analysing truth, they accept easily whatever said plainly by Rahul.
