create community of farmers to share and discuss the problem they faced , how they over come the challenges etc. there are lot of YouTube videos related to farming. there should be some state government level channels to promote/ educate farmer with authentic contents. conduct periodic feedback/ review of agriculture department from farmers to ensure all the government schemes/ supports are reaching to the farmers and take strict action against the employee if they fail to provide support. ensure minimum price for the crops and collect the crops from the farmers without any middle man. provide insurance for the crops which will build trust among farmers. provide periodic training to the farmers.

मैं एक कृषि आदान का विक्रेता हु , फ़र्टिलाइज़र में निम्न बदलाव होने चाइए सब्सिडी किसान के खाते में जमा होनी चाइए , जिससे कालाबाजारी खत्म हो जाएगी ! आयात होने वाले उर्वरक पर सब्सिडी कम करके जो उर्वरक देश मे बनते या उत्पादित (खनन) होते है उन पर सब्सिडी ज्यादा दी जाए ! बड़ी फर्टीलाइजर कंपनियों को ऑर्गेनिक उत्पाद ( DAP की जगह PROM) बनाने को बढ़ावा देना चाइए क्योंकि बड़ी नामी कंपनियां ऑर्गेनिक उत्पाद में बढ़िया क्वालिटी देगी ! रासायनिक खाद की तरह ऑर्गेनिक खाद का भी अधिक्तम मूल्य निर्धारित होना चाहिए ! प्राइवेट कंपनी को दानेदार नाइट्रोजन बनाने के लिए प्रेरित करना चाइए क्योकि नैनो यूरिया के स्प्रे से पौधा हरा तो हो रहा है परन्तु बढ़वार कम रहती है ! शहरो में मानव द्वारा जो मल-मूत्र निकाला जाता है उसको नालियों के गन्दे पानी मे मिक्स ना कर के अलग रूप से इक्कठा कर के ऑर्गेनिक खाद के रूप में प्रयोग किया जा सकता है ! सब्सिडी वाली खाद (जैसे DAP यूरिया NPK SSP इत्यादि) इनका 50% बेचान सहकारी संस्था ( को-ओपरेटिव सोसायटी & FPO ) के माध्यम से होना चाहिए , जिससे कालाबाजारी रुक सके !
