Further to my comments
It is the duty of Government to set up soil testing laboraTORIES AND the soil to be tested at free of cost for farmers .the farmers should be encouraged to get tested their soil before starts cultivation, they should informed about their soil result and to inform proper recommendation on usage of type of nutrients depends on type of crop they choose to be informed and to see that they are following. For this village agriculture officers assistance to be used in coordination with Soil testing labs and agriculture reasearch centres in their localities .

After green revolution the production of food grains has increased. the usage of nutrients has increased production tremendaniously. as production increases the farmers are using more and more to get much production, this has lead to nutrients usage in uncontrolled manner ., which converts the soil into unfertile stage. Ultimately the land becomes unfertile and become barren land. there fore the farmer should be educated on the usage of nutrients as per requirement. For this Government should educate the farmer.

Food waste is composed of organic matter which can be used for composting to make fertilizer. It is also an effective and eco-friendly way of disposing of food waste generated in Indian Kitchens.
Here's a zero-cost five-step process
Step 1: Add Kitchen Waste in Container. Add kitchen waste like fruit peels, vegetables, eggshells, coffee or tea powder to a container (bucket, drum, terracotta pot). ...
Step 2: Add the Browns. ...
Step 3: Arrange for Microbes. ...
Step 4: Provide Oxygen. ...
Step 5: Layering.

In the rural areas of India there is less information about good fertilizer for the good quality of production.
Government should directly involve rural communities for fertilizers innovation also. In simple rural populations in which huge amount of people are directly related to farming , in this situation we should educate farmer about fertilizers and how to reproduce fertilizer in the villages. For the fertilizers innovations we should collect farmer organic waste in the big store , it can be collective entirevillage or self . We have to need to trained the people like how to get fertilizers from their organic waste and मवेशी waste also. That store should be constructed in the field so that less amount of money expands on it.

Respected Prime Minister Shri Modi Ji,
Namasthe. I would like to suggest this. If farmers mainly dependent on rearing cows can get benefitted by generating gas through using cow dung. Those who have more cows can make use of the cow dung and produce gas and use it for their daily use. Excess cow dung they can sell it as Manure and earn money.
A workshop on every village on utilising cow dung and produce gas and manure. Government should help these farmers to set up the unit properly and sell the excess cow dung directly to Government authorised fair price shops. Government should fix a fair price per kg of cow dung. Anyone can buy the cow dung directly through these fair price shops and use it as manure in their land. Experts should be sent to every village and interact with the farmers and guide them on using harmful pesticides and it's effects. This will create an awareness among the farmers and they will avoid using harmful pesticides and chemicals in their land. Jai Hind 🇮🇳

There is the large gap between production of fertilizer and it's availability to Farmers, especially the poor farmers .The Marketing Chain Of Fertilizer need to be regulated either by state or central government. I propose a Universal Farmer I'd that will enable every farmers to purchase of Government subsidised agriculture tools, agro chemicals and selling of its products to government authorised either govt or pvt farms. In this way we can monitor the progress of Farmers and can improve their economic condition

There are many fertilizers in the market out of which most uses are synthetic and chemicals . We should be focusing more on biofertilizers as they donot have any harmful effect also the soil quality will be improved by using biofertilizers . Some of the biofertilizers are aslo used to cure soil born plant infections such as use of trichoderma , MBV ,PGPR etc . We all should also look into nano fertilizers which will help us to manage the dosage of fertilizer and increase the efficacy . When we consider nano fertilizer ,it is required in small amount and shows much more effect on plant growth and yield also it is cost effective .
