In order to increase the fertilizer over uria our government should start a organic waste dumping area in every village and start paying to farmers for that, as the milk diaries do in villages , and by dumped organic West start preparing bio gas by doing so we can sale both bio gas and fertilizers in India and out of India as well and if farmers get paid good for that it will increase the cattle farming as well and automatically increase the milk production in country and by milk we can make cheese and butter like things and export it

It extremely important that we gradually move away from chemical fertilizers and research and develop natural plant and bovine animal based organic fertilizers. We can also look into organic waste from our over-populated cities and turn them into fertilizers. This is absolute necessary to meet our climate goals and sustain India farming in the long term.

We can have water soluble fertilisers which is to be mixed with irrigation water can be administered through drip irrigation methods or sprinkler irrigation system.

Govt should also invest amount on research on : 1). how to use lesser dependence on use of fertiliser , 2). develop environment friendly organic farming, 3). higher quality fertiliser not harming the soil and agri product, 4). Drop irrigation farming 5). Pesticide free crops

Fertilisers stored in open storage yards of port becomes liquid and stuck to the ground /floor/road surfaces etc. During rains, these are getting washed away and the runoff water flows to sea/lakes/creeks. If measures are adequate to collect and use this fertile runoff water for forming it is fine, otherwise can lead to eutrophication of lakes/creeks/sea which affects flora and fauna. Can we check the availability of runoff water collection pits in ports? Can we make runoff water collection pits as a mandatory requirements for ports? Can we make testing of this collected water as mandatory before discharging into any waterbody?. Ideally ports should have Silos to store fertilisers. This prevents loose storage of fertilisers (ammonium nitrate is explosive) in warehouses, thereby we can avoid incidents (remember explosion happened in Syria port on 4th August 2020). Can we make silos are mandatory to store fertilisers?. Can we ask controller of explosives to expedite its implementation?
