Financial costs can be reduce if govt believe all its public as common. We all are working hard for our livelihood dn why some people are getting special benefits like free items or cheaper item from government.I want to ask Government that the money/items/benefit given for free (without any work) is collected from whom. Why that expenditure is burdened on the common man in form of taxes. reduce cost of working will automatically reduce d debt and will increase more infrastructure & developmnt.

Introduction of prepaid ecards are better alternative. As in All european countries machines collect money whether it is parking, water bottle or Soft drink. We also have debit and credit card system but not utilised optimumly. Secondly In kores there is a system you go to any park or Entertainment area all facility you use need to pay at exit. so everytime no need for exchange of money, Time and energy.

Idle Cash balances can be minimized to a great extent in Government Departments / PSUs by centrally disbursing all major payments including Salaries, Bill Payments, etc., from Departmental HQ / PSU HQ based on online data updated by all field formations utilizing online banking as all banks are now on core banking. Similarly, minor fund disbursement to all field units should be directly to concerned unit’s core-bank account through online transfer only and not based on hierarchical structure.

Govt should design nation wide software for approval of various development projects and disbursement of payments. all new projects, small or big should be demanded by ward/panchayat level reviewed at various level depend on money/area involved. No new development project should conceived by higher level to save waste full of money on unnecessary projects. Money should be paid automatically on basis of project completion stage and bills approved in the ERP

There must be some statutory authority to check toll in national highways. In our country lot of tax money is looted by private companies and they are not giving exact figures about vehicles. In many areas collecting toll is done manually without computer. An example is pulamanthole palam toll in kerala

People of India may be allowed to pay towards cost of various developmental projects of Central & State Govt and the credit should be granted to the payers of such payments against income tax or other taxes payable by them. This shall encourage tax compliance. It also will boost desire to make funding for development. It also will increase the trustworthiness of Govt. It will provide assurance to the tax payer that his money is really used for good cause & is not eaten up due to corruption.

When it comes to providing relief to the poor by implementing schemes like MANREGA, instead of giving them cash in hand we should provide them with 'Food Stamps' which can be used to buy food and other supplies in Govt approved 'Rashan Stores' or even in any other retail establishment. It food stamps may only be claimed by a registered store, something like Sodexo passes. By this we can avoid corruption and mishandling of the money, The money will actually benefit the poor.
