after election of parliament or legislative assembly we choose our MLA andMP and for the development of that constituency they got fund from gov.but commen people have no idea for what purpose MP or MLA have get that money I suggest that if gov. have take disigen like that in tahsil for MLA and in collecter office for MP there should be a digital board continuesly flashing how much fund get for our constituency and which work in progress in our constituency and how much money spend for that work

6. संगठित गिरोह जो बच्चों/अन्य लोगों से भिक्षाटन करवाते हैं , को पकड़वाना कठिन नहीं हैं । भीख मांगने वाले के आस-पास अथवा उसके निवास के आस-पास छद्म भेष में जासूसी पुलिस को रखकर यह काम आसानी से अंजाम दिया जा सकता है । लेकिन इससे भी महत्त्वपूर्ण है कि कितनी सक्रियता एवं सफलता पूर्वक उन भिखारियों को इन कार्यों से अलग करते हैं । हमारी पुलिस कितनी ईमानदारी से उन गिरोहों का पर्दाफाश करती है और उसे दंड दिलवाती है क्योंकि आमतौर पर हमारा का मानना है कि ये सब काम बिना हमारी पुलिस की मिलीभगत के नहीं होते।

I have a plan (See Attachment). Pay for food etc through NGO and keep declaring each locality one by one as BEGGAR FREE ZONE. People may contribute to the initiative as they pay alms any way.With the same amount which is paid to beggars , we can have a city with No beggars.• Sight of child beggar picking food from Municipal dustbins along with stray dogs made me think of a solution and thus this mission.Laws already exist to remove/catch beggars but lacks human face and resource hurdle.•

Please ask every state to create a art and handicrafts center and assemble all beggars to work there and earn their lively-hood. Pass a new law on beggars that it is a crime henceforth. Begging and syndicates will get a full stop and tourism will get a positive impact about India, tourist will come to India and the negative thought of poor India will get to an end.

This is otherwise called Human-trafficking. You can define it in your own ways. But this cannot be stopped unless all the beggars are sent to a rehab center and begging should be considered as a crime in the Indian Law. Every state should create a Handicraft center and all these beggars should be sent their for working. They don't need any skill to make some handicrafts. That will encourage tourism in India and also the sale of handicrafts will help state govt's to feed every beggars.

should be stopped. Tourists should never give money to child beggars. Not even the cute ones. Not even the disabled ones. Not even the ones who need money for school. Don't give them money, or candy, or pens. It's not generous. In fact, it's one of the most viral and selfish things a well-meaning tourist can do. Their organizations should be discovered and then cracked with a vengeance and hence captured and the whereabouts be known and vandalized. Strict legislation should be imposed to stop.
