Also on preventive health care we need to concentrate on food served outside house, which I strongly believe causing major transmittance. No wonder 1 out of 3 TB patients are in jndia and need health check for food handlers

Begging should be declared as crime. Even in Nepal there is no single beggar. They should be rehabilitated and strictly not allowed in public places.

Life imprisonment shall be made applicable for those involved in organized syndicates of begging. The big fishes are never stapled in these cases, therefore, look out for major culprits shall be made. Shri Kailash Satyarthi ji, Nobel Leaurete could play a vital role in forming a Social Policing Cell against organised crimes of begging where specially minor children are the victims of these syndicates. Each & every district administrators shall be made directly responsible for having this crime.

Wastage is to be stopped:(i) Every officer should by law be bound to put to use for 5 years or more every item purchased by government; seller and the officer should both be fined if the item fails earlier, (ii) no meeting or tour be without record and all people must write down & submit the information in 3 days or pay for the cost from their own pocket, (iii) India should avoid automatic machinery where feasible because labour is abundantand social development occurs when people work and not when people are sitting idle.
