Dear Sir,Haryana Govt buses gives 5-6 tickets to its passengers and it waste lot of paper.All govt buses should be asked to give 4*4 standard passport size bus ticket and it should be followed all over India and the paper should be only of recycled.It will save lot of paper.

Create a special team in CID to tackle it and strong mandate to solve it in measurable way. If a strong officer oversee it can close the deal in couple of months. The problem is with will of the establishment. They can just give sufficient support to some of these beggars to get complete details and act. it is very easy for the local police to systematically investigate and find out the whose who of begging mafia. in last 60 years it has never been done. does not it indicate a nexus between police begging mafia and the politicians( may be a few lower rank officials).the nexus must be broken immediately as many of these beggars are actually working as the ignorant espionage agents of our enemy state.
