Rehabilitation of Beggars! I would say they are not living a better life than the prisoners of India.. even worse! If there can be jails in every city with a proper specified job for every prisoner and even salary accordingly (as i heard)..can't there be a similar step as rehabilitation centers for beggars too? #On condition that they are disabled by Fate not by Choice.. Like Old people (especially Left Over Old Mothers (like in Vrindavan)) :( & there won't be corruption or SIFAARISH too ;)

Most of people are not aware of government policies and schemes which are being run for welfare and developement of them and procedure to take advantage of these policies. If government take initiative to open a nationwide common gov customer care or call center which facilitates AAM JUNTA about these policies as per their requirement by just calling on tollfree number alike 100 or 108. It will not only provide satisfaction or improve implementation of policies but also create a lot of jobs.

If the police n d govt is strict wid d rules as in not allowing beggin at all anywhere. ..n wherever dey r found dey shud b caught n sent to a special counselling centre whr their problems can b learnt n solved..people shud stop givin alms to such beggars rather dey can give whatever dey want to do charity in charity boxes kept by govt in every area of a city...ppl can only donate clothes or food etc...n dat shud b distributed on daily basis. Dats how even jobs can b created.

Pick up beggars especially kids and young children from the streets when they are begging ,directly take them up to armed forces camps ,rehabilitate these children ,avail them food clothes and free medical services and counselling ,followed by that plan to shift the entire group from there to another camp and put them to free education in the army camps ,so that some soldiers after their daily routines can be deployed for the same .picking up off such kids be surprise pick and immediate transfer
