There should not be any type of "RESERVATION" in the "Education sector"..specially atleast not in Competitive Exams.. It demotivates many of the students(appox 60%) in our country.. So my Request to Gov. is that please End up this policy.. because "i think that if one is smart and hard worker he/she can achieve in his/her life anything..he/she doesn't need any type of "RESERVATION".. please sir think upon it once..:) "EDUCATED INDIA"

Begging happens in India as

Food is the primary requirement.The food grains collection & distribution system is to be improved/changed.Thousand tons of food grain spoiled every year in FCI godown only due to lack infrastructure & least interest by Dept.Due to dishonesty the poor quality of foodgrain is collected.Every year the state & cetral govt.promises/declares purchasing foodgrains from farmers at a price but never fulfils it.The businessman only gets the profit.

Mostly one takes to begging when nothing else,was possible .So create more opportunities for all .create wealth , Let wealth grow .In particular stop corruption in government which destroys nearly 75 % of India's wealth each year with practically zero useful output Non working government employees are really organized thieves.Corrupt government employees are really organized robbers .both far worse than any type of beggars, whether organized or free lancing

There should be a policy to look after the needs and welfare for poor people to look after there needs and day to day life and it should be made sure they are not exploited by anyone with strict action against the culprits.

this work can be taken by various NGOs. they can organise skill development camps or regular classes for them. main problem is mafia linked to beggars. if the chain can be broken then it will be too easy to bring these people into main stream. this can be achieved by a special task force helping NGOs for this. this will build confidence in people to come up n take this act. one more thing, habit of not giving money to beggars must be promoted in the people like 'SWATCH BHARAT'

Also, we can connect beggars with 'Swachh bharat' abhiyaan as paid workers.

Many beggars are nomads who depend upon their traditional art for living. Their children are seen performing acrobatics and similar stunts. Government can give them proper training in gymnastics or other sports while roping in parents as paid coaches who can work on their basics.
