भिखारियों और बेसहारा लोगों को कौशल विकास के लिए प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना आवश्यक है जिससे वह अपनी ज़रूरतें पूरी कर सकें। इनमें से अधिकांश लोग अकुशल हैं और उनके पुनर्वास के लिए अन्य व्यवसायों में उन्हें प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है।

भिखारियों तथा बेसहारा लोगों में कौशल विकास कैसे किया जाए और उन्हें लाभकारी रोज़गार कैसे प्रदान किया जाए जिससे वे पुन: भिक्षावृत्‍ति की ओर उन्‍मुख न हो सकें?

प्रतिभागी इससे संबंधित सफलता की कहानियां साझा कर सकते हैं।

Dear sir ; delhi me traficjam ki bahut problem hai afar road pe jis ko jis tarf jana hai us traf ka road par chin hona chahiye taki gadi usi line me chale to delhi ka 20% trafic kam ho jayega public crossing keep liye kahi par bhi ache se singnal nahi bane huye hai or nahi bazaar hai haiway par ya gadi speed line nahi hai isleye koi 40 ki speed me 1 line me chalata his se tej chalane wa la id ar udar karke chalata hai his se accidents hotel hai or public let pahuchti hai

Why are our roads is such a bad condition especially in cities.. The main reasons are : 1. Quality of roads is bad and government officials are hand in glove with contractors 2. No one point of contact for road cutting and tracking of present condition of roads. 3. No record or road mapping which can be achieved by digitally mapping and maintaining a data base for all activities related to roads.. be it the electricity board, water board or private agencies

Open training centers. Do not employ trainers, but appeal for volunteers. The dedication of a volunteer is much higher than the highest paid trainer... post training get them employed either in public or private organizations or provide monitory assistance if they wish to start something on their own. Most importantly, training should be based on what they like, their passion, their capability and not some random training. Better do what you love rather forced to love what you are trained for.

Unfortunately most beggars that I have interacted are used to the way of earning. Even if someone provides them an option to work somewhere, as I have tried offering, they refuse it as this is a better way of earning money without any hard work. Since they know children generally strike a sympathetic chord with the public, they even get them onto this line. Hence, all beggars need to to be rehabilitated through counseling, skill based training and employed based on training provided.

Recentally Chhattisgarh's Dist-Bilaspur 14 ladies died in a govt.hospitals LTTE camp.This is one example of health dept .Chhattisgarh, 2 years ago several uterus has been opereted for money only in some nursing homes .Dist. Balod of Chhattisgarh in a govt.eye camp so many patients eye's were destroyed but not any strong action against Doctors.So many useless and bogus medicines purchase by Director Health and his office, take a strong action like dismiss to govt. job in all cases.
