भिखारियों और बेसहारा लोगों को कौशल विकास के लिए प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना आवश्यक है जिससे वह अपनी ज़रूरतें पूरी कर सकें। इनमें से अधिकांश लोग अकुशल हैं और उनके पुनर्वास के लिए अन्य व्यवसायों में उन्हें प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है।

भिखारियों तथा बेसहारा लोगों में कौशल विकास कैसे किया जाए और उन्हें लाभकारी रोज़गार कैसे प्रदान किया जाए जिससे वे पुन: भिक्षावृत्‍ति की ओर उन्‍मुख न हो सकें?

Beggars are not just portraying an undesirable impression on India's image, but also pose a security threat for the nation. More than poverty that pushes people to beg in the streets, the role played by some vested interests exploiting the poor and downtrodden for their own gains is responsible for this menace. Need of the hour is NGO-powered campaign with whistle blower-led action against the delinquents.

National Vehicle Registration Number Problem Statement: Northeastern states of India have lot of hatrated amongst themselves for ethnicity and other reasons. In every department of Gov. of India every-one must be equally held responsible for any lapse who have signed on the files/papers from bottom to top ( all ranked) officials from where the lapse/s is began. It will definitely eradicate the corruption up to a great extent and stop the malafide verbal instructions which has to be issued to the lower category staff from the top officials..

we should take concrete steps to rehabilitate our brothers&sisters(sorry-not beggars)of our country in a spiritual manner.i.e.first make them to realise in sub conscious level by our merciful approach that we will live with self esteem.All of us are children of the WORLD BOSS-OUR SUPREME FATHER-GOD.If we discharge our duties and responsibilities with the higher conscious of I AM SON GOD-then poverty will ran away from us.Such a higher value education is given by the BRAHMA KUMARIS ORGANISATION

They might be unskilled in a vocational sense. However,they are able human beings capable of doing jobs which can be low/differently skilled. Given food, shelter and clothes by the local government, they can be made a part of local abhiyans like swach bharat for their local area.Women can be inducted to SHGs. Children should be sent to school for compulsory primary education which is free till 14 years. Proper resource utilisation and awareness is needed. Every single person can be "THE MESSAGE"

Many times bagging is habitual hence we should avoid to give money to people who have good health instead we should motivate them to work. Many handicapped people are doing more than normal people. Need to set examples for others too. Only livelihood program and awareness program can solve this problem from our country.

The rehabilitation of the baggers possible only by with the help of local area people, Member of their legislative assembly and member of parliament...and by the NGO only in total guidance of the government otherwise the corruption will be happen. the govt. took initial on this and give them proper medical care education and all other basic need and the last most inp. is provide job avenues of their like to survive in the society.

Swatch Bharath - ISSUE : Currently in the city there are no dustbins to throw unwanted items. Example , people purchase eatables may be junk food on the way to their work and they throw the cover and unwanted stuff on the road as they don't find the dustbins and move forward. Likewise there are many instances. PROPOSAL : Why don't the government keep dustbins every 100 meters in the city area and in travelling places? Public and Common places?

Women sexual violence-ISSUE : Women harassment is become very common news there days. Reasons are many. It's a common sense, If a kid is commiting a mistake if you punish he will understand he has done mistake and should not repeat the same again. If you do not punish, it is understood that you are encouraging this indirectly. At the same time if you are delaying the punishment certainly the punishment looses it's purpose and value.
