भिखारियों और बेसहारा लोगों को कौशल विकास के लिए प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना आवश्यक है जिससे वह अपनी ज़रूरतें पूरी कर सकें। इनमें से अधिकांश लोग अकुशल हैं और उनके पुनर्वास के लिए अन्य व्यवसायों में उन्हें प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है।

भिखारियों तथा बेसहारा लोगों में कौशल विकास कैसे किया जाए और उन्हें लाभकारी रोज़गार कैसे प्रदान किया जाए जिससे वे पुन: भिक्षावृत्‍ति की ओर उन्‍मुख न हो सकें?

To manage it better we should conduct census of the current number. There are states where they banned beggary and implement it strictly. Identify number of people, places, find reasons, create shelter homes and link to NGOs to rehabilitate(Truly). Create consolidate report and repeat the survey every year, measure the changes. Beggary is more prevalent in urban areas, especially in bus stands, temples, railway stations & signals. If we address these areas 80% can be taken care.

Need to include Sach bharat avijan under 100Days work scheme and need to include begger in this.Then they can earn money and also can help socity.Under some supervisor a team should be made and they have aloted some area with some terget and bonus based on individual performance. Financially they are not highly demanding so we can clean poverty along with dust from our road parrallely.

As per my observations, 95% of the beggars are healthy enough that they can survive their life through work. There are two main factors - people do not have knowledge about what to work and secondly they entered into it after looking other helpless persons getting good money. Hence, policy must be focussed on rehabilitation of 5% helpless beggars and remaining 95% can be controlled through fines or showing them the way how to earn for daily life.

Casualties in road accidents are very high in our country. Besides other reasons, I notice that right of way is not indicated at traffic junctions(T or four way or round-abouts). Though the caution boards are clearly specified in the INDIAN ROAD CONGRESS code IRC:67-2012( Code of practice for road signs), they are rarely followed by construction agencies. The steps are inexpensive but shall eliminate number of accidents. Bhanu P Singh

I went to a govt hospital in Delhi and found a very huge crowd in every ward. Although the crowd was from low earning group, but still, there should be a plan to develop these hospitals and try to make more and more counters for registrations and payments. Also, the cleaning system should be improved, not only in Delhi hospitals, but across India. One can found more worst situation in AIIMS. What all need to do is to visit there just like a common man after taking my post printed.

1.Hygenic,safe shelters to be built for beggars. 2.Formal basic for children. 3.After that,skills like driving, plumbing,technical work, etc to be taught. 4.Moral values,spiritual education to be taught along with clean habits. 5. Nutritious food to be given. 6.There should be small scale units attached to these homes.The adults can earn some money monthly. 7. All attempt made to trace their family and rehabilitate them. 8.They can be recruited by manpower companies according to their skills.
