भिखारियों और बेसहारा लोगों को कौशल विकास के लिए प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना आवश्यक है जिससे वह अपनी ज़रूरतें पूरी कर सकें। इनमें से अधिकांश लोग अकुशल हैं और उनके पुनर्वास के लिए अन्य व्यवसायों में उन्हें प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है।

भिखारियों तथा बेसहारा लोगों में कौशल विकास कैसे किया जाए और उन्हें लाभकारी रोज़गार कैसे प्रदान किया जाए जिससे वे पुन: भिक्षावृत्‍ति की ओर उन्‍मुख न हो सकें?

can we create a 500 sqfeet class room in each village with six computers and skype. this will be solar powered and will be used for tele medicine, tele education, surfing net. one local person can be trained in basic IT and put in charge of this centre. let the villagers decide what use they want to put this to. funds can come out of the panchayat funds.

2 quick points to remove water and power shortages in each village. for power ensure that the village contacts an empanelled contractor to estimate the power req of the village and install a solar power station on open land. similarly for water an empanelled contractor can install a water purification device which will convert any kind of local water to potable water. such devices are cheaply available in the chinese market. contractors in each town can be empaneled and paid fm panchayat funds.

In almost all the Govt Departments and public sector undertakings there is no recruitment for the last 15-20 years. The average age of the working class is almost 55 years. Give them attractive VRS + Medical coverage. The seniors will take the VRS.This will generate huge employment facilities in all the fields. All the newly recruited will take various types of loans like Housing, Vehicle loan and after some years Educational loan for their children. This will boost every sector.

beggars are a by product of our superstition and the laziness of a certain section of our society.just like we have children homes we need to build beggar homes where such people will be taken and a holistic rehab package will be worked out for each person. police stations must ensure all beggars in their jurisdiction must be transported to this beggars home in the city. i can work out details if required.

In a all metro and even in non metro cities you find ladies beggars at all traffic signal. Now a days we observed that there is shortage of women for home related work like washing of clothes, cleaning of house. it is very difficult to fund women for such work. Government should provide training to such beggars and encourage to work instead of begging at traffic single.

We have created a Whatsapp Group Called VIKAS BHARATH which consist of around 30 to 50 mrmbers. Every month we contribute some part of our salary and collect it give to the needy, last month we did the same and contributed for the operation of a small girl whos parents were economically not so strong, so i request each one of u to do the same among ur groups, its for a good cause...

1 example can be Rajinder singh "the waterman" of india..in his village in Rajasthan, he worked with the local population (watershed management) concept to create the blocked river channel for the local river thus area gaining fertility back..the poor compelled to beg should be used in such social work which contributes to our country holistically.

1. Vocational skills to poor 2. Rehabilitation centres to employ and train 3. Systems approach can be used where u deploy beggars as man power to achieve sustainable development through emplyoyment in social-agro forestry 4. They can be used in swachh bharat mission by helping to keep city clean 5. Zonal awards to Municipalities to curb begging thus motivate them to help check begging 6. Using abandon building, buses for shelter purpose 7. Cheap distribution of milk.
