भिखारियों और बेसहारा लोगों को कौशल विकास के लिए प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना आवश्यक है जिससे वह अपनी ज़रूरतें पूरी कर सकें। इनमें से अधिकांश लोग अकुशल हैं और उनके पुनर्वास के लिए अन्य व्यवसायों में उन्हें प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है।

भिखारियों तथा बेसहारा लोगों में कौशल विकास कैसे किया जाए और उन्हें लाभकारी रोज़गार कैसे प्रदान किया जाए जिससे वे पुन: भिक्षावृत्‍ति की ओर उन्‍मुख न हो सकें?

Very small example of Ludhiana. Farmers & industrialists keep crying shortage of labor ( after MNREGA kept them back at their homes). on other hand thousands r begging at every temple, in every market, crossing. Why this mismatch? - Ban Begging strictly, Train them in something, rehabilitate either in small self employed jobs or in factories. They can be the unskilled labor.

PM Sir.To rationalise Healthcare spending & to control “END OF LIFE YEAR” wasteful expenditure of Healthcare services in India(it amounts to 25% of Total Annual Healthcare Expenditure in USA), enact “LIVING WILL” legislation.UPA govt. couldn’t do it,You do it.Do it now.Complement it with a law each for ADVANCE DIRECTIVES & DO NOT RESUSCITATE ORDER.These shall be operated as 3 autonomous registries & will be implemented by all healthcare Providers.Then India can provide better healthcare.

भीख मॅंागते बचचे़ अकसर METRO य़ा Public Place पर देखे जाते है। य़े बचचे़ किसी न किसी गेंग का शिकार होते है। य़े बचचे़ वे होते है जो अपहरन का शिकार होते है।

Many times we see children begging on roads in destitute condition. There is need to have strict law and rehabilitation program for this (some modified form of Child welfare service Norway). People / parents themselves are begging but they have 2,3,4 children just to be an added member of family who will help them in begging. Such children should be separated from their so called guardian/parents to discourage this trend and should be rehabilitated by govt.
