भिखारियों और बेसहारा लोगों को कौशल विकास के लिए प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना आवश्यक है जिससे वह अपनी ज़रूरतें पूरी कर सकें। इनमें से अधिकांश लोग अकुशल हैं और उनके पुनर्वास के लिए अन्य व्यवसायों में उन्हें प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है।

भिखारियों तथा बेसहारा लोगों में कौशल विकास कैसे किया जाए और उन्हें लाभकारी रोज़गार कैसे प्रदान किया जाए जिससे वे पुन: भिक्षावृत्‍ति की ओर उन्‍मुख न हो सकें?

प्रतिभागी इससे संबंधित सफलता की कहानियां साझा कर सकते हैं।

Rehabilitation of Beggars! I would say they are not living a better life than the prisoners of India.. even worse! If there can be jails in every city with a proper specified job for every prisoner and even salary accordingly (as i heard)..can't there be a similar step as rehabilitation centers for beggars too? #On condition that they are disabled by Fate not by Choice.. Like Old people (especially Left Over Old Mothers (like in Vrindavan)) :( & there won't be corruption or SIFAARISH too ;)

The best way is to develop the villages where usually ppl migraye from...creating employment n earning a sufficient dignified living wid facilties. n in big cities make it addict dat beggars r offered wid jobs rather den alms...even for disabled dere r lot of ways for earnings which govt make create. ..

Begging has become a business model and very powerful lobby controls it , if begging is done for need its not harmful as its a compulsion and can be dealt wit human touch. But when done as profession , its harmful as it has no expiry date. So I suggest there should be categorization. 1. Need based begging 2. Professional begging . Type 1 can be dealt with humanity. as for type 2 it should be dealt with law.Lastly ,an important aspect of begging is kids, they are abused with drugs for begging.

And for that the only face that can come up in public is Miss Kiran Bedi . She has power to bring all the woman together. and other main benefit is taking her as a bJP face she will help to divide the APP party vote. She can also replace sheela dixit woman face that Delhi people are looked in the past .

A hostel type environment should be created, where all beggers will live togetherly and will do self employed works, bamboo craft or handlooms, or take part in cleanliness drive or similar works of govt where they can earn atleast hand to mouth, they can trained for agricultural purpose or infrastructural works also. A co-opertive type society can also be formed with more facilities.

Good Moring our Honorable Pm Mr. Narendra Modi Sir . Sir my name is Vandana Singh.I'm a NRI right now living in Canada. But I regular follow Indian politics. Today I found out there is election going in Delhi and BJP is coming up with no candidates . Sir i don't hv much practical knowledge about the polities but as a ordinary citizen I will say this time specially in Delhi coming out with no face is not good for BJP. Bjp shud target the main issues like woman safety, jobs woman independence

Hon'ble Pradhan Sevak ji Indian ppl r vry simple n ambitious, thy trust luck n ppl easily. Takng advntg f same, mny 4m within n out of country run scam lotteries/ jackpot, as u know ppl unsuspecting of fraud deposit lacs to win or get d crores promisd. They nt only loose those hrd earned lac bt evn thy sell out gold n land of ancestors. Mobile no., email, or a letter of bnk nythng cums as selection. If u address ths mny poor wuld b saved Proud Indian Dhawal Mishrikotkar

PM sir, india me koi bhikh nahi mangna chahta, bhikh isliye mangte hai Q k bhikh dene waale bahot hai, Sabse pehle to unhe band karwaye, Dusra in bhikaariyoon ko kaam ki aadat lagane k liye NGOs shuru karwaaye..Dusra agar in sabhi chizo ki guzarrish agar aap radio pe kare to shayad log jarur sunenge... Aur agar in sabhi kaam k funding k liye aap janata ko request jarur kar sakkte hai...Janata jarur samsrthan degi..Janata me se bhi loog bhikariyoon ko padhane ki madat jarur swecha se karnge.
