भिखारियों और बेसहारा लोगों को कौशल विकास के लिए प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना आवश्यक है जिससे वह अपनी ज़रूरतें पूरी कर सकें। इनमें से अधिकांश लोग अकुशल हैं और उनके पुनर्वास के लिए अन्य व्यवसायों में उन्हें प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है।

भिखारियों तथा बेसहारा लोगों में कौशल विकास कैसे किया जाए और उन्हें लाभकारी रोज़गार कैसे प्रदान किया जाए जिससे वे पुन: भिक्षावृत्‍ति की ओर उन्‍मुख न हो सकें?

Dear Modiji Please declare illegal construction as a criminal offence.Also the construction of all the religious structures should be regulated by framing rules and regulations.This suggestion may please be incorporated in the bill for constructions activities regulations to be passed in next winter session of the parliament.

Dear MPs, please use your funds to open such centers in your areas, collaborate with skill development centers. Keep a option such as adopt a beggar at a yearly cost of .... . Keep the adoption cost as 50% of total cost and get contributions which can be deductible under IT. MPs must be held accountable and their mission must be to eradicate professional begging in span of 5 years from their territory. I am sure results will be awesome.

Saadar Pranam MODI JI, The issuing of passport today also takes more than a year and still we do not proper updates on the status of the passport. One of my friends applied for it in the year 2013 and has still not received it after all the procedure that must be followed and has been followed. She has also written you a letter on the same. Please take some action on the pending passports sir because it is required for our future & also I request you to reform the rules for getting passport.

Respected PM, beggary can only be abolished by changing the mindset alongwith strict rules. Proper rehabilitation centers must be constructed to first change the begging mindset. Then those people should be analysed and trained accordingly under skill development initiative. They should be helped to start their own enterprise through hard work for earning. Easy n cheap loans must be provided. Proper watch should be kept that they stay away from begging in future.

In Indonesia, blind massage is called “pijat tuna netra” and small signs for these blind massage clinics can be found across the region. Blind men and women are trained from a young age as masseurs and masseuses at institutions that often operate as charities, with the result that massage has become the most common profession for blind people in Indonesia. In Laos, blind massage is a more recent phenomenon, with the first training centre opening in 2003. Now there are around 25 massage clinics
