Sir Nameskar! In this EPISODE, I want to bring your attention towards grievance portal the CPGRAMS.I have no qualms to say that CPGRAMS has become mockery of system ,as even genuine grievances are not resolved and most of departments shower trickery attitude with impunity likewise that similar to RTI Act.As of now no grievance is resolved on CPGRAMS and rather proves as wastage of time.Also barring some departments under central government, RTI information is not given with clarity and wastsge of time results.In JAMMU and Kashmir, till date online RTI Portal is not in operation despite several assurances with deadlines.CPGRAMS and RTI portals are very important from public point of view but are proving unhelpful with mal intentions. Tall claims by the administration in Jammu and Kashmir with regards to good governance are proving fake and might is right proverb suits well.Moreover orders over orders are people and employees unfriendly in Jammu and Kashmir and awards given are pseudo.

Under ground railway station - Railway had to develop underground railway station as per the geography of the places rather than tall building railway station .The railway network map of Trivandrim shows that there is three railway station in Trivandrum that lie one after the other in a city area .The three railway is veli railway station , thampanoor railway station and old railway station .Railway line and railway station is dividing the place in to two .As railway is developing railway station with complex sky building in Kerala , the underground railway station can provide lot of space in a city . Like veli railway station the road in the area is passing by manned railway gate as there is no bridge crossing. Like underground roads crossing in railway line ,underground railway station construction can make easy flow of train & vehicles & is providing lot of parking area for vehicles over the underground station . construct underground railway station in kochuveli & in Trivandrum

I worked with many different nation people's visited many people's but found India is totally different in all the ways and we have excuses everywhere but responsible people has no responsibility no answerable etc.India is just run by jiski lathi uski bhains , isse jyada kuch bhi nahi . I don't blame any PM CM etc as they also have fear for falldown so always working with medium solutions only but president of India who have no fear for any falldown etc.is just hope but listen many times has no work responsibility by POI. Surprised and lost all the hope by anyone so just managing myself with limited life with no any hope in India

I do accept lot of changes in current govt with past govt but main root cause as it is and same as run in 1980s so few strict changes can take by our President only which we don't know what is his role or many people hide that they don't allow to do any work by president of India.i don't know who will read by comments or really genuine discussion platform or like our govt one way system.govt can speak anything and public has to follow but govt has no any responsibility to reply etc. Many fake email id is present on Google to contact pm cm etc or system generated replies till date govt follows so not much hopefull but writing this in just illusionary way

परम आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, तीन साल पहले मैंने आपके लिए एक कविता लिखी थी, अज्ञानतावश उसे आपतक पहुंचाने का साधन नहीं मिला, आज मुझे यह सुनहरा अवसर मिला है कि मैं अपने मन के विचार आप तक पहुंचा सकूं- देश निफिक्र होकर सो रहा है, क्योंकि चौकीदार सुनहरे भविष्य के सपने बो रहा है.. निराशा से जब घिर जाता है मन, वो कहता है दीपों से सजाओ आंगन.. वो अकेला ही सहता है सब अपमान और गाली, सबके सम्मान में बजाता है वह घंटी और थाली.. गरीबी, कुरीति, धर्म, जाति, सबसे वह लड़ता है, निंदकों की रक्षा में भी वह कूद पड़ता है.. परिस्थितियां विकराल मुँह बाये खड़ी हैं, पर उसकी हिम्मत और लगन, सबसे बड़ी है.. देश और काल के बीच चट्टान बने वो खड़ा है, हारने ना देगा हमें , वो ज़िद पे देखो अड़ा है.. किसी ने पूछा 'क्या तुमने रब देखा है'? मैने कहा, ईश्वर,अल्लाह,खुदा 'मोदी' में सब देखा है.. पूरे विश्व में उसने तिरंगा है लहरा दिया, बिन मांगे उसने सबकुछ अपना देश को दिया.. उसके साथ मिलकर हर मुश्किल से हम लड़ेंगे, वो शंखनाद तो करे हम रणभूमि में कूद पड़ेंगे.. जय हिंद स्वरचित- संज्ञा श्रीवास्तव,'शिवली' बहुत धन्यवाद 🙏
