Many housing societies / flats / shopping complexes employ guards. If Police dept can employ one constable / home guard at these places in place of these guards, controlling law and order in the nearby area also can be overseen by them. Police dept has to recruit heavily but should not worry abt expesnes as the respective socieities have to bear the salary and other expenses of these guards. They will be guards to a particular society / apartment but will have an eye on the surroundings too.

The first main step and the need of the hour is to reduce the harassment caused by Police and legal procedures to the witness or a person who tries to help the victim. This is the main deterrent that prevents citizens from initiating action by stopping a crime or helping the victim. A clear cut message must be sent ot by honourable #PM himself and also other agencies about this which will surely raise the morale of our citizens and motivate them to act instead of being silent spectators.

Educating moral science and adding to the students syllabus can help a lot in improving the society. This subject should not be added for marks it should be treated as daily activity in each and every school just like sports or other curricular activities. In this way it will not be a burden on them that they have to gain the marks on it, instead of that it should be used for better personality and thinking development.

Male and Female both to be imparted values of gender equality alike,at every stage starting right from the primary education continuing in offices and such working places. Introducing some kind of feasible incentives(preferably for male working class)for working out in the field of gender equality and dignity of women. A STRICT surveillance in media can be done(entertainment sector) ensuring woman's image is not hurt. Street Laundering of youth at night must b stopped.

Dear Sir, we need to educate male child to treat woman with respect.Discriminat starts from home & continues outside home till the 4th stage of women's life which is very disappointing.further obscene materials ; print media or in electronic media, should be strongly curbed as though same is an offence but execution of law is very poor..C/books containing obsence materials are easily avaible in markets & on internet.thes should be immediately blocked without having second thought. Every second we watch on tv industry is serving women as ENJOYMENT MATERIAL. Whatever they need to sell weather it may be toothpaste, deodrent, soap, bike, car anything they need a women with less clothes in their advertisements to lure the masses. It must be stopped strictly if we want to see the change in mindset.

Mainly ACIDS are used for cleaning toilets etc. but, for that Water is enough.
