SEXUAL HARASSMENT ACT 2013 is meant for preventing/redressing women who are targetted at their workplace. But in this Act, male dominated legal system has inserted a provision for CONCILIATION under which most of sexually pervert supervisors of workplace escape. whenever any women gathers courage to register a complaint, entire male community gang up against that women and influence her to agree to conciliation and withdraw.
