I am sure of the power of datascience. This revolution is going to come in next 30 years, with datascience dept in every schools and colleges.Students and youths in India will learn the art of datascience, collecting data from every sources, through every means(video, audio, text), analyse and use cognitive science to understand those culprits.Police have to run to those schools/colleges for help.DS is going to empower people to form better community, drag domestic criminals on street!

the most important change to be made in this context is our laws. our laws should be more strict and they should be implied stritctly, only den it will create fright in people who try to do disrespect women. for implication of laws even corruption should be removed which is the most difficult task but not at all impossible. we can do it. common INDIA lets do it.

Lets draw a plan on per sq km basis to drag the net, capture and win this battle.Who is there in this sq km ecosystem ? The victims in some houses, the offending culprits, and a host of different peoples who could be direct witness or may smell a wrongdoing. In close contour, in the house, may be the domestic maid, servants, tenants or neighbours in flats. Indirect smellers are letting and property agents, panwala, grocery shop owners, police. People should able to log data easily against those.

Chicago state published map of problematic landlard containing address in maps..https://data.cityofchicago.org/Buildings/Problem-Landlord-List-Map/dip3-ud6z. So people can avoid such people, deprove them economically, boycott them..We in india, can collate such data of people carrying out domestic violence, through various sources(police, neighbours, letting agents , tenants , domestics maids etc). Whistleblower policy on neighbour watch. But many structural changes and standardization required.

My experience as a tenant in my previous home, I and my wife quite regularly witness a 85 year old man beating his wife!Educated, looks perfect gentleman to the outside world, but very corrupt.Cheated me on day 1, cheated all people who service him, do not give money for service.I ever thought how to expose all such people to outside world. How such landlords be punished for their silent brutality inside the house? Datascience...Datascience...Datascience...Data Analytics...the power of data.

Firstly, its the THINKING.We need to educate kids from childhood to be a good human being and respect others, weather its Women, environment and animals. NO RESPECT NO GAIN. Secondly, LAW need to be way way more strict.People are not scared to our laws at all. If you have money you can get away with anything and this applies not just to government its us also that need to follow the laws. No point in government creating laws and we people are the first to break them.
