15 अगस्त 2014 को लाल किले से सभी भारतीयों को संबोधित करते प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा था की योजना आयोग की जगह एक नई संस्था की स्थापना की जाएगी जो 21 वीं सदी के भारत की आकांक्षाओं और आधुनिक समय के साथ अपने दायित्वों का निर्वाह कर सके। साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री जी ने राष्ट्र की प्रगति में राज्यों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर बल दिया था।

इस मंच के माध्यम से इस प्रस्तावित संस्था की संरचना, संघटक और कामकाज के क्षेत्र के संबंध में आपके नवीन विचारों को आमंत्रित किया गया है। आपको अपनी प्रविष्टि में इस प्रस्तावित संस्था के संबंध में यह ध्यान देना है की यह संस्था केन्द्र-राज्य समन्वय बढ़ाने और भारत के संघीय ढांचे के लिए कैसे सहायक हो सकती है।

"Program and project Management Commission". Its the state who are running the projects, center is either giving them funds or guiding policies. But their role shall be more of Monitoring and Enforcing the fund utilization. A strict monitoring of the projects in terms of quality, timelines, Funds, with periodic review. Unutilized fund shall be penalized with interest rates. . The commission shall also play the role of Support and special consultancy can be arranged for non delivery of the projec

Respected sir, The new Institution to be named as Budget management commission which will be above Revenue, Expenditure departments under Finance Ministry and will directly report to PM. This Institution will monitor and ensure the effective implementation of the Current Budget and co-ordinate with state governments to obtain inputs for the ensuing next year Budget including medium term and long term policy plans. This body can be a part of National Integration Council also (NIC)

1) New commission should have three wings - planning, executing & monitoring. Thus, each wing as names suggest will do their jobs & try to meet the deadline. Leader of the commission will take eagle's view & support these teams in situation of difficulty. 2) The leader should report to PM on monthly basis of progress of the projects undertaken, its pros & cons. 3) A cabinet minister can support the leader of commission in order to pass hurdles in various ministries.

Modi ji started this replacement talk about 6 months back. Thousands of suggestions have been received. It appears that BJP government is also degenerating to the congress working style of delays, prevarications, confusions, multiple minds. One modi cannot change governance systems in the country. Again I repeat, it is a case of FIRST CLASS LEADER WITH THIRD CLASS TEAM. That planning commission will be replaced with a more people centric institution, is now a big joke in bureaucracy.

Instead of having central planning commission, we can have state level planning or districts level which will planned according to their region needs and that can be approved by central gov for implementation so that it can be focused as per the need and region issues rather than generalizing it across the countries, in this way we will be more focused on the problems and can be solved

Respected Charismatic Modiji .Launch new schemes or setup new commissions but In real term India will gain status of developed Nation only when Farmers of this country will get due credit. Launch A new Kisan ratna award to promote agriculture sector in country. THE DAY URBAN PEOPLE WILL START MIGRATING TOWARDS VILLAGES FOR HAVING BETTER LIVING STANDARDS,INDIA WILL ATTAIN THE STATUS OF DEVELOPED NATION.

Name the commission as " NAVODAY BHARAT COMMISSION " and this commission must work with a new zeal for revival of a Green and clean corruption free India. One request to Shri Charismatic Modiji to not include high profile Advocates in this commission in decision making process. As history teaches us a very good lesson to take a lesson from past and correct the future. History reveals that when in any government or commission if lawyer cum politician is in dominant role then downfall is a must.
