how do we measure the performance of universities?

Stopping Caste based Reservation will lead to selection of meritorious students only and hence quality of state public universities will automatically improve.

Sir, I am a part 1 student of R.M.COLLEGE,SAHARSA which is under the B.N.M.U MADHEPURA. I had taken admission in 2013.So ,ours part 1 exam should be taken in 2014 but it was taken January 2015 which result is not announced till date. Sir,i am describing this to you because i want to suggest you that we have to form a university board which functions like CBSE board and the syllabus for graduation course should be same in all over India. Thank you

शासकीय स्नातकोत्तर महावदि्यालय नीमच. जिला नीमच म. प्र. 1.विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा महाविद्यालय को दी जानी वाली पाठयक्रमांे की संम्बध्ता शासकीय व आशासकीय संस्थाओं के लिये पारदर्शी होना चाहियें। 2. विश्वविद्यालयों का क्षेत्राधिकार तय करते समय नि-िश्चत संख्या में ही संम्बध्ता देने का अधिकार होना चाहियें। 3.विश्वविद्यालय नियमित कार्यशाला आयोजित करे ताकि प्रवेश प्रकिया ,परीक्षा संचालन अैाेर परीक्षा परिणामों की समीक्षा हो सके तथा इसे सूचारू संचालित किया जा सके ।

कॉलेज को निष्पादन मे सुधार करने के लिए,छात्रव्रती के साथ शुल्क मे छूट देनी चाहिय निर्णय लेने वाली शक्तियों को मजबूत करना चाहिय,राज्य कॉलेजो मे अवशर्ञचना की कमी नहीं है!
