देश की कुल माल भाड़ा ईको प्रणाली में क्षमता की कमी की अपर्याप्तता को दूर करने और इसके सामान्य हिस्से में सुधार लाने के प्रयास में भारतीय रेलवे ने राष्ट्रीय रेल योजना हेतु ड्राफ्ट बनाया है।

राष्ट्रीय रेल योजना नामक दीर्घकालिक रणनीतिक योजना का एक प्रारूप रेलवे की ढांचागत हिस्सेदारी बढ़ाने के लिए रणनीतियों के साथ-साथ अवसंरचना क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए विकसित किया गया है। राष्ट्रीय रेल योजना रेलवे के भविष्य के सभी बुनियादी ढाँचे, व्यवसाय और वित्तीय नियोजन का एक सामान्य मंच होगा। इस योजना को अब विभिन्न मंत्रालयों के बीच उनके विचारों के लिए परिचालित किया जा रहा है। रेलवे का लक्ष्य जनवरी 2021 तक इसकी अंतिम योजना को फाइनल रूप देना है।

Respected Modiji, I bring your kind attention that the Train Travellers in Waiting list RAC are facing difficulty in finding the Train Ticket Examiner to assure the allotted seat (when message not properly received in phone or not read) while passenger enters the train. I request to kindly allow a permanent colour light above the permanent seat window where Train Ticket Examiner sit or sleep. Sometimes there are 3 Train Ticket Examiners, then 3 colour lights are to be fitted one each.

One bogie or half bogie of every train can be allotted for Shopping mall. Special foods of various states, towns like Hyderabad Biryani, Tamilnadu pongal can be sold there. Handicrafts items of various states also can be sold there. stalls for tourism, of all states, can be provided there.

Railway platforms+- 2 km lime should be properly barricated so that unauthorised people cannot enter or exit. It can be initiated at first major stations. Benefit: In future Automatic card gate system like metro ststions can be operated Will decrease theft and without ticket travel Will decrease unnecessary chain near ststions for boarding and deboarding Station functioning can be more streamlined

Few of my suggestions are 1. Real time tracking ( in accuracy of 100 meters) of trains should be enabled with GPS or NAVIC based system same as OLA, UBER or Swiggy show their realtime location on map along with their possible route. 2. Anti Fog devices in trains along with adequate infrastructure to maintain time accuracy in train operations ( Western European countries are implementing since decades) 3. Train coach design improvement with Automated gates system & minimal vibration
