देश की कुल माल भाड़ा ईको प्रणाली में क्षमता की कमी की अपर्याप्तता को दूर करने और इसके सामान्य हिस्से में सुधार लाने के प्रयास में भारतीय रेलवे ने राष्ट्रीय रेल योजना हेतु ड्राफ्ट बनाया है।

राष्ट्रीय रेल योजना नामक दीर्घकालिक रणनीतिक योजना का एक प्रारूप रेलवे की ढांचागत हिस्सेदारी बढ़ाने के लिए रणनीतियों के साथ-साथ अवसंरचना क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए विकसित किया गया है। राष्ट्रीय रेल योजना रेलवे के भविष्य के सभी बुनियादी ढाँचे, व्यवसाय और वित्तीय नियोजन का एक सामान्य मंच होगा। इस योजना को अब विभिन्न मंत्रालयों के बीच उनके विचारों के लिए परिचालित किया जा रहा है। रेलवे का लक्ष्य जनवरी 2021 तक इसकी अंतिम योजना को फाइनल रूप देना है।

National Rail Plan is very important for growth of country and aatmanirbhar bharat abhiyaan. Railway is backbone of country and without this backbone ,country cannot move. so in order to run and move country effective, Railway should be developed and make it more accessible to local people of India. Draft National Rail Plan should be on more new and technical advance Trains. since Trains are running from British time and quite old and technical not fit in our standard of living. New Trains......

Main emphasis should be on doubling rail tracks, Speed and accuracy, Safety and Protection, Seat availability, Cost in Control, Hygiene and Cleanliness, Much Delay a Devil, Passenger Comfort, Women Safety, Child Safety, Station infrastructure, Hygiene, Seating Space, Well Trained Railway Staffs and Officers, Training of Railway employees. MOST important is QUICK and RESPONSIBLE PUBLIC GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL, Consideration of Every Complaints and Feedback. Provision for Action and financial penalty.

I'll share my view on FRIEGHT Services, Expenses Sir, please utilize the freight trains very effectively without leaving them for days in sidings after releasing and also maintain them well to decrease the number of Sick wagons and to increase life time and cost effectiveness. Keep good auditing/ inspection at field level to overcome the waste of Crew Hours and Rake poor maintainance. Thanking you

रेलवे की आमदनी गुणात्मक रूप से बढ़ाने हेतु सुझाव: हर व्यक्ति को रेलवे में अपना सम्पूर्ण विवरण देने पर , एक विशिष्ट id नंबर दिया जाये. रेल रिजर्वेशन द्वारा टिकट की कीमत 25% से बढ़ा दी जाये. अभी 80 रूपये में मिलने वाला टिकट 100 रूपये का कर दिया जाये. स्वयं का रिजर्वेशन करने पर पिछले रिजर्वेशन टिकट की कीमत का 15% अभी होने वाले रिजर्वेशन में से डिस्काउंट दिया जाये . • यदि पहला टिकट 100 रूपये का है , तो व्यक्ति 15 रूपये डिस्काउंट का पात्र , होगा जो उसके अकाउंट में जमा (क्रेडिट) किया जा
