हमारा शहर लखनऊ फास्ट ट्रैक दौर में चयनित 23 शहरो की सूची में तीसरे स्थान पर है।

लखनऊ स्मार्ट सिटी प्रपोजल को बेहतर बनाने के लिए हम नागरिकों से अपील करते है कि वे इस प्रक्रिया में शामिल होकर अपने विचार एवं सुझाव दें ताकि पहले राउंड में प्रस्तुत किए गए प्रपोजल को बेहतर बना कर शहरी विकास मंत्रालय एवं पहले दौर में चयनित शहरों के द्वारा स्थापित बेंचमार्क को प्राप्त किया जा सके।

इसी क्रम में लखनऊ नगर निगम एवं सलाहकार लखनऊ स्मार्ट सिटी प्रपोजल को लखनऊ शहरवासियों के विचारो एवं सुझावों के अनुरूप बेहतर बनाने की प्रक्रिया में है।

पहले राउंड में 15 दिसम्बर, 2015 को शहरी विकास मंत्रालय को प्रेषित किया गया लखनऊ स्मार्ट सिटी प्रपोजल निम्नलिखित लिंक पर उपलब्ध है।

लखनऊ नगर निगम अपने सभी नागरिकों से अपेक्षा करता है कि वे लखनऊ के स्मार्ट सिटी प्रपोजल को उच्चीकृत किए जाने में सहभागी बने तथा अपने विचार एवं सुझाव दें ताकि उन सुझावों को संशोधित प्रपोजल में सम्मिलित करके लखनऊ स्मार्ट सिटी प्रपोजल फास्ट ट्रैक राउंड में अव्वल आ सके।

With very limited common multi level parkings available in the city and with a daily increase in vehicles on the road we need more parking yards. These parking spaces need to have a Smart parking system with digital display boards showing where we have parking available so as to save time of people who seek to park their vehicles.

Fairly large population are migrating day by day towards cities like Lucknow due to lack of Employment/livelihood in rural areas/backward districts of U.P. These migrants should be provided rental house on a very nominal rent on the part of Government to avoid the creation of slums/encroachments in the city.

Pollution free atmosphere by controlling vehicles that make more pollution and make Park for the retired old people and a cycle track free from noise it is a good idea but there should be pay attention on atmosphere. We should focus on the traffic and also provide a online service to check whether a car/bike(vehicle) is valid or not by just scanning their number by traffic police.

Urban slum dwellers should be provided with housing which we call EWS housing arenas and employment. All government permissions should provide at a single place or at a single window to businesses and for personal care. There should be effective mechanism for removal of garbage from streets which the stray animals litter most of the time. This is important for Smart Lucknow.

With the Gomti river front development happening near Gomti Nagar and surrounding areas I feel the urge to have the same replicated in the whole flow path of Gomti including Qaiserbagh area and further develop the same as recreational areas and wellness spots for people to take out some time and make a healthier start of life. This will help Lucknow flow towards becoming a Smart City.

With increase in cars and other vehicles on the road we should look at developing new roads and convert existing narrow busy roads into one way so that we can reduce on travel time and pressures of delays in useful and constructive aspects of life for a better tomorrow for all of us. I support Lucknow as a Smart fast moving city

With the onset of the new dawn Lucknow faces a challenge of efficient public transportation system. I would prefer to have a Smart card may be one single card which can be used for all means of transportation within the city for faster and efficient system. It can be pre loaded with cash and should provide necessary discounts to frequent traveller such as we have in air travel. It will be a good idea to have unified Travel smart card. I support Lucknow smart city campaign

Maximum utilisation of solar power for street lights and rain water harvesting for water scarcity and also to overcome water logging. This is what a Smart Lucknow should haveStill there are lack of Street Lights in various parts of the city. All street lights should be replaced with LED lights. A well lit city is a Smart City.
