Appropriate legislation should be implemented for the companies applying for no-objection under regulatory framework to file affidavits stating that they are going to abide by the regulatory framework. The application should be accepted on strength of the declaration. Regulatory bodies would then have all the time in the world to go through each company of a case-by-case basis at certain intervals, and determine whether they are violating regulations. If detected offending, action would be taken

- In the central institutes / universities the directors / vice chancellors must be pro-academic and would be expected to engage in frequent interactions with the faculty members while discharging his duty as an executing authority. This will facilitate addressing burning issues better and help create a peaceful & healthy environment on campus.

- Attendance of all the staff / faculty members should be made mandatory.

- To ensure that academic support staff work sincerely and efficiently, their promotion must be made dependent on the recommendations of the faculty members / officers of respective departments / sections.

- There has to be a “Central Cell” to monitor that the rules stated above are implemented without any deviation. It must be made sure that people with same level of experience and qualifications are not placed at different pay scales, which affects seniority and respect in the profession.

Teachers are backbone of the education systems. But offering teachers post in government primary schools are matter of just employment where quality is kept on roof. I strongly urge that the employment of teachers must be scrutinized before they are appointed. They must educate students not just making make it a means of earning money somehow. At the same time it should be the primary responsibility of govt to take care of their livelihood.

the only way out to improve the quality of regulation is to Free our Regulators from Corruption. The corruption in regulators is the root cause for the deteriorating standards of education at any level. Neither we can implement any good idea nor we can study the real outcome of the idea if our regulators will be corrupt. Mr. PM please look into this yourself as we are very hopeful that you can make india corruption free.

There should not be any supplementry exam/winter exam for any courses except for health related courses where minimum qualifying marks prescribed.The markssheet of the particular course will display actual marks scored in all subjects from first year to final year.Not appeared in EXAM will be shown as absent but at any time the student not allowed for reexamination.The student will be qualified for the course with the actual markshe scored.Employments thereafter will be through suitability test

We need new education policy such that except in health related courses no one fails in any other courses from LKG to Graduate level. STUDENTS ADMITTED in colleges as REGULAR and private based on merit in qualifying exam.Colleges not allowed to refuse admission to any student.Private students provided education through e-learning techniques.Their practicals conducted in vacations in respective colleges.EXCEPT health related courses ,all others markssheet will display marks in all sub scored

In all government college's lectures must be graded by students there are plenty of unqualified lecturers who are teaching now they are spoiling students life.
