In relation to regulation, this website is also not well regulated. Websites such as reddit do a good job of sorting the comments and getting discussions going. It would be great if we get to know what came of all the comments.

This is a very important problem, and more policy details would help. Like what is done currently and where exactly are the problems. Clear, transparent and measurable parameters will always help. Make the regulating bodies methods and results public and open to comment. Release enough data (while preserving privacy) so that anybody can verify regulatory bodies and institutes claims. Like a college's claims about lab expense can be easily verified by the students and parents.
