sir, there are data duplication of teaching staffs by the colleges.some of the severe cases some industrial working qualified professional are giving there certificates only for the purpose of documentations. they are giving remuneration for this.Most of the colleges are not giving the salaries as prescribed by the AICTE. some of the cases they are firing the experienced faculties for appointing fresh candidates, who is of the view of accepting lesser pay.

Sir, there are some rules and regulations for running Technical institutions.But when it comes to self financing sector the whole rules are over ruled by money power.Majority of our educational institutions are run by Self financing sector.If we do not have right rule and regulations to ensure the standards in self financing sector the trend of diminishing of quality in our education will be a threat for us in future global industrial environment.

Respected Sir/Madam, Please tell me What are the norms and policies for private engineering colleges? These institutions are running academic with very worst condition as these are having fake teacher’s existence, showing only on papers and not having well equipped laboratories. The biggest blunder is that these institutions are paying fewer amounts as salary and showing different and larger amount of salary to AICTE/UGC.

One another suggestions i.e. make a appropriate regulation for the shortlisting criteria for Assistant Prof. in all Universities. Give the major role for high impact research papers and Postdoc/teaching experiences besides the marks of 10th and other exam. For the shortlisting of Assistant Professor in the University, UGC should be provide the same criteria like as Associate Professor and Professor and major emphasis should be on research credentials instead off 10, 12th, BSc and MSc marks.

I have one suggestion for Ph.D. degree holder. Think about the Ph.D. Degree Professionals, they are not getting any job in the Universities. Last 5 years, Ph.D. versus NET is a major questions for the eligibility criteria in the Universities as a Assistant professor. make a transparency in the rule regulation for the people, they are doing Ph. D. from good organization with high quality research papers but not eligible for Assistant Professorship.
