PM Modi and your team has a great vision to move India ahead in time. From the Governance perspective, I believe strong processes and policies are probably introduced, but I feel there is no proper method to monitor the same and ensure adherence to these processes. I am more than willing to work with the Govt to help implement a proper governance and control over processes. What I need is the right contact at the Govt with whom I can engage and propose my simple but effective solution.

I have no doubt about the sincerity with which PM Mr. Modi has been marching ahead for making india digital. But lack of enthusiasm among bureaucracy at district leval is a big hindrance in making india digital. For example, an online grievance lodged with DC, Gurdaspur on 16.01.2014 vide registration no. DCGDS/E/2014/00001 has been still under process. From this example, one can easily judge the gravity of seriousness on the part of bureaucracy to implement the E Governance reforms

Indian bullter trains must be built underground to save land using fast tunneling and rapid construction (FTRC) technology...which can help dig tunnels using TBM (Tunnel Boring Machines) and use pre-cast concrete monoblocks to co-construct tunnel rapidly...we can allot tunneling contracts for 200-500 kms to individual private firms on each bullet train routes and build 50000 km High speed underground railways with 400-500km/hr speed in India by 2024. Yes We Can

From National Security perspective,data.gov.in must use SSL certificate issued from www.cca.gov.in or from its 7 empaneled CAs (including Indian Air Force as hidden classified CA) & comply to IT Act 2000 sub rule 20.It must stop using SSL certificate from GeoTrust Inc. U.S. Stop data access integrity breach by blocking illegal cross certification in gross violation of IT Act 2000 sub rule 20 by ignoring www.cca.gov.in & its 7 CAs & rather partnering with a foreign CA like GeoTrust Inc.
