First of all i think MY GOV need an mobile app for all mobiles like android/windows/apple and lower grade OS also. which must have a notification system for open discussion and reminders for closing date of discussions. and you have to build a team to collect, analyze, and prepare draft and again asking reviews on drafts form the user who have given their suggestions. for this you need to make a good team to work on this. you can hire me also. i would love to do this job.

I feel a need of spreading awareness among students, who have access to internet, about the various sites such as edx.org, coursera.org etcso that atleast people who have access to internet will be able to utilize it properly instead of spending their whole time on sites like youtube, fb, in order to provide them with some useful information to get fruitful results out of them as they will be exposed to work culture, politics, social issues, policies of govt to nurture their brain properly.

The Digital Devide can certainly be eradicated if people will get a single platform self service access to connect with govt. and Governance process. Therefore it is important to work on Computer literacy and Internet infra across the country along with various technology innovations

First of all, whatever service the Govt. Of India or state govts. provide digitally, please make sure that these services are reliable, secure and fast. Please. Second, national e-mail service for 'all' (and I literally mean 'all') government employees and politicians ( both central and state ). Third, data centres which are set up by GoI and not by some foriegn company for securing our peoples' database. That's all for now. Thanks.

Govt should have all the data of a family that how many persons there are in a family , how many persons are earning , what are their crucial expenses , and govt should provide economical help to families according to needs of the families mainly in their basic needs like food , home and studies of their children ........This can be done with the help of digital India and Govt only .

in madhya pradeshh NIC has already developed SPR (state population register) which helps mp govt to decide which particular person is getting benefits of what schemes. it brought in our knowledge that same person was takin benefits of different schemes at same time which should not be done also it is helpful for people to know for which schemes they are eligible for after simply putting there ID on portal. This SPR is kept updated all the time. no redundant inspections are required now

for making india digital the very first step that government should do is make a big database of country's population. ADHAR is the best scheme i see so for to achieve this goal. we can attach all the information related to a person in the database with adhar as its ID. This database would help in implementing schemes so easily and effectively across india also we can mentain all the information of people on single platform like whether he has health ensurance or not, having criminal history et

The website ecourts.nic.in was the first step towards digitalizing the court records but morethan 3 years down the line there still subordinate courts which have not been covered by programs my sugesstion is the govt should stop at level b2b by giving necessary meta data through appropriate private parties who in turn should also act as authenticator bith ecopies as well as hard copies, as of now those courts which have been covered don't disclose judgement/results
