स्कूलों के कार्यकरण के सभी पहलुओं जैसे कि शैक्षिक और सह-शैक्षिक क्षेत्र, भौतिक ढांचा, संकाय प्रबंध, स्कूल नेतृत्व, अधिगम परिणाम और छात्रों तथा उनके माता-पिता/सरंक्षकों की संतुष्टि को शामिल करने के लिए स्कूल गुणवत्ता आकलन और प्रत्याायन पद्धति बनाने की आवश्यकता है। आदेशात्मकता और समझाने-बुझाने के बीच संतुलन बनाकर स्कूलों अभिशासन का बेहतर ढांचा, प्रबंधन के बेहतर तौर-तरीकों के लिए जिला तथा ब्लॉक स्तर के शिक्षा अधिकारियों प्रधान अध्यापकों को प्रशिक्षण, स्कू्लों के निष्पादन की बेहतर निगरानी और सहायता के लिए आंकड़ों का उपयोग और सामुदायिक संसाधन जुटाना तथा स्कूलों के निष्पादन ने सुधार के प्रयास/वर्तमान अनुभव क्या है और ठोस परिणाम प्राप्त करने के लिए इन्हें किस प्रकार बेहतर बनाया जा सकता है।

I education should be a nationalized one, means center must clear the syllabus of subject to a special class of children irrespective of their state, government/private, religious/non-religious etc... . State to prepare the book according to this central criteria. We are examined for job by a national strategy while our education not, which is a absurd decision for our students. To facilitate it there should be a central educational portal also

A child is travelling from one part of city to another to study in a school,So need for uniformity among school, can be done by regular teacher transfer within the city and provide uniform infrastructure. This will cut down the travelling time of children(2-3 hrs),control pollution as children will go to a nearby school at walking distance, control unnecessary accidents of school vans and buses to reach school on time. More time to play and other productive work.

1. Yes, SMC is actively participating . 2. Yes, rigorous inspections should be done by the Higher authorities. All vacant posts should be filled . The work of the teachers should be restricted only to teaching. 3. Surprise visits by the higher authority and consciousness of the teachers. 4. Only for development of the school. स्कूल मे प्रबन्धक समिति समय-समय पर स्कूल का निरीक्षण करती है,व सुझाव देती है1 स्कूल निष्पादन को हम cmc समिति के माध्यम से रोक सकते है

स्कूल प्रबंधन सिमिति का होना बहुत जरूरी है ! लेकिन उनकी सक्रियता पर सवाल उठाना लाजिमी है क्योकि अधिकतर सदस्य अनपढ़ होते है और वे कार्य के प्रति अपनी जिम्मेदारी नही समझते , वे इस कार्य को केवल कागज कार्यवाही समझते है! उनका साश्रर होना और अपने कार्य के प्रति जिम्मेदार होना चाहिए !

We should provide better education in government schools so that students from poor families can also get quality education and compete with students educated in private schools. This will help those students to bring their families from poverty thereby ending vicious circle of poverty for their families. Recruitment of teachers in government schools is generally driven by politics(happens near elections), this system should be changed and teacher recruitment be made as per local needs.
