Best teachers evaluated around the country should be made to visit different classrooms across the country where they share with the teachers the resources that they use and the techniques that they follow. After a lot of deliberation we should make online resources which should be made available to all teachers for better teaching.

Basic primary education can only be improved by improving the quality of teachers. All teachers need to undergo tests on a regular basis on topics which they teach. Also communication tests should be included. In our country inquisitiveness is killed by primary teachers a lot of times because they dont know the answers themselves. They should be taught to admit to students that they dont know everything without feeling shame. A national helpline should be made where teachers can ask questions

Specific standards,rules must be in place,if those standards are met then only those individual/institution should be allowed to open schools and colleges.Now a days every road has 2-3 school and god knows what is the education quality of such schools.But I can say the Fees quality is very good(HIGH).Please black out schools with no proper education means and equipment cause they are just making a business out of it and playing with our youths future.
