Dear Honorable Prime Minister , We should have one department in center which will work on Public Moral Responsibility. This department will teach ,educate, encourage to people of our India about our responsibility towards country , state , city , Society , towards general public. We as a society should be aware of multiple responsibility like how to walk on street , crossing roads , Importance of traffic signal , behaviour in bus & trains, how to enter in lifts & trains , how to drive , do not spilt on roads , unauthorised access & claims , standing in between roads , loud music , procession , fighting for small things , damaging govt property etc. etc. Like this there are thousands of points . I feel one dedicated department can work with people of India . This will really contribute in Vikas of Bharat and your dream of becoming Developed nation by 2047.
