Hon'ble Shri Narendra Modiji, I would like to highlight how our Postal Department is working in Bharat, when Bharat has launched - CHANDRAYAN 3 - in the recent past. The India post has a service known as SPEED POST. Recently I had posted 2 letters From Kandivali East, Mumbai to, Raghunathpur, Dist. Purulia, West Bengal. The end to end distance is less than 2,000 kms. Most surprisingly, it took more than 130 HOURS to reach/delivered. I have raised the issue with the Postal authorities in Mumbai / Kolkata / Delhi. The Kolakata authority has justified the time taken as ok and as per the Postal Charter. Sir, this is nothing but an eye wash, If this delay is justified than How it can be termed SPEED POST, in fact it should be termed as SLOW POST. Please advice the Postal department to rectify / update the route of travel of the Postal articles.
