Each government health centre should have ECG facility that can be consulted to tertiary centre from where the decision to thrombolyse the patient can be directed. Thrombolysis agents and their use under directions from tertiary centre should be accessible to nurse on duty. The guidelines should be part of paramedical curriculum. Now will talk about Travel, Please increase Trains Coaches so the cost will be less and Transportation get easier.

If possible government should rethink about reservation quota for SC/ST/OBC, by it I want to suggest that if a family member already had its benefit then his/her future generation should not get its benefit as the person is self sufficient after availing the benefit to take care of the family.eg- father(benefitted) his son/daughter should not get any kind quota, this in turn will make people have sense of equaility and can create chance for some deserving people.India need some changes!
