माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी को सादर नमस्कार । मेरा नाम विकास कुमार सक्सेना है और आगरा,उत्तरप्रदेश से हूं। आपके द्वारा आम व्यक्ति के स्वास्थ्य हेतु काफी सारे सराहनीय प्रयास करे गए है और इसी कड़ी में , मैं आपके इन प्रयासों का एक अंग बनना चाहता हूं। मैं आगरा में एक ऐसा पैथोलॉजी लैब लगाना चाहता हूं जो चौबीस घंटे मरीजों की सेवा और गुणवत्तापूर्ण जांच रिपोर्ट देने में सक्षम हो ।इस हेतु सरकार से आगरा मेडिकल कॉलेज या जिला अस्पताल में लगभग 800 वर्ग फीट जगह हेतु मदद चाइए। हमारे पास विदेशी मशीनें उपलब्ध है । मेडिकल कॉलेज में दिन के 11बजे tuk मरीजों का सैंपल लिया जाता है और उसके बाद मरीज या तो लौट जाता है या निजी लैब पर महंगी जांच करता है और यही से डॉक्टर के कमीशन का काम आरंभ होता है । हमारी लैब से मरीज को cghs मूल्य से भी नीचे मूल्य पर सेवाएं उपलब्ध हो सकेंगी । थायराइड जो की रुपए 500 में होता है और cghs मूल्य रुपए 181 है हो हम मात्र रुपए 100 में कर सकते है। इस हेतु एक बार यदि सक्षम प्राधिकारी मिल सके तो हम अनुग्रहित होंगे । जिस प्रकरवापने जन औषधि खोली उसी तरह यह भी एक प्रोजेक्ट हो सकता है ।
