Sir, please ask groups of youngsters to adopt backward villages and work for their development. They can spread education, cleanliness drives, and popularize government schemes. The forgotten heritage sites of such villages can be revived and tourism can be boosted. The locals can be trained to become guides of such heritage sites and handicrafts/savories of these areas can be marketed by the people with the help of these youngsters who have adopted the village.
