Respected PM & Government of India in India many teachers are not qualified for teaching in schools hence it is necessary now to have uniform education qualification for teachers to qualify to become teachers in schools & College's. For this one Nation policy should be apllied. Entier India should have same level of educated teachers in all schools & they must qualify Joint Enterence Test to become teachers in Government Schools & Private Schools. GOI should conduct online exams every year for vaccancy in schools & college. No teachers should get job without clearing joint examination test in schools & even Colleges. Even every year existing teachers in schools & College must also qualify for teaching for next year only after completing mandatory test & attending desired marks to teach in schools. Reason Teacher's are the core pillars & foundation of School and Students future are in their hand so it is important to have Qualified teachers to teach Students throughout India 🙏

State governments give reasonable and 5 years age relaxation to OBC candidates, while the central government gives only 3 years age relaxation.
