there should be an app which should connect people who avail free ration and other government free services through their adhar card with liquor venders in India such that if they make purchase of liquor a message to their free facility code or related no be shared to stop supply of free services. now a days many families who are availing sush facilities are victims of drunker who are becoming nuisance for their family members . all liquid vendor should scan adhar card of liquor. purchase,which be a source of many informations.

To help the farmers, why can't government dig several wells which should be filled with stones, gravels in stored dams water areas (same like how deep oil wells are drilled for taking out oil from earth crust in Middle East and parallely other ope wells for using removing accumulated mud and fine sand time to time for avoiding the holes in the well when dam stored water will seepage in surrounding area lead to increase ground water level in the areas which can be used by farmers for harvesting their farm land (the way normally when oil producing wells are doing. This will avoid draught in our farm depending economy and water flooding in the area which will save the farm crops. It will be win-win situation for government as well as the farmers in our country. Moreover your idea of interlinking reverse will also very good praposal.
