I suggest that the power of the Supreme Court to re-interpret constitution on the basis of "Basic Structure Doctrine" needs to be corrected. My suggestion is that such power should be exercised first by a bench which is of strength not less than 50% of the current strength of the Court and endorsed by 100% of the judge with more than two thirds majority opinion for any change. If we donot take this seriously, you will have problems in the 2024 elections

Finance ministry & RBI:- 1) indian banking sector will enter into crisis in sometime, people are not talking home loans, vehicle Loans & MSME Loans. Even deposits are reducing. This is prevalent in Tier-1 cities. 2) Traders have stopped building inventories after covid-19 shock, people are working on payment to order basis. 3) public and private sector bank manager are crying and begging people to take loans in retail and msme segment. 4) RBI interest rates are already high if it goes higher it will trigger shock to economy as business loan rates are extremely high. 5) if possible try waiving off loans of those msme, home & vehicle loan borrowers who have defaulted during covid-19 Subject to limit of Rs.2 crore on upper side. 6) all factors mentioned above are creating demand crisis in economy
