माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय मैं आपका ध्यान बंगाल, बिहार, राजस्थान, केरला आदि राज्यों में हो रहे क्रूर हिंसा और भीषण अपराध की ओर आपका ध्यान आक्रीस्ट कराना चाहूँगा. श्रीमान आप देश के प्रधानमन्त्री है और उस आलोक में देश के हरेक नागरिक की सुरक्षा और न्याय दिलाना आपका कर्तव्य है और जनता ने भी आपको इसी उद्देश्य से यह पद सौंपा है. परन्तु आज जो देश की स्थिति है वो भयावह है और आप इसको रोकने की वजाय सिर्फ दुःख प्रकट कर रहे है. इसके लिए आप संघीय व्यवस्था को दोष देकर खुद को मुक्त करना चाहेंगे परन्तु श्रीमान अगर कोई व्यवस्था देश के नागरिको की सुरक्षा में बाधा बन रही है तो उसको ठीक करने का दायित्व भी आपका ही है. साथ साथ हमारा संविधान आर्टिकल ३५६ की भी व्यवस्था कर रखी है . परत्नु आप पता नही किस डर और भय से कायरों जैसा व्यवहार कर आम जन को मरने के लिए छोड़ रखा है. अतः अनुरोधपूर्वक आग्रह करना चाहूँगा की अपनी कायरता से बाहर निकल अपनी शक्तियों और जिम्मेदारियों का स्मरण कर देश में हो रही भिन्न प्रदेशों में होने वाली हिंसा पर प्रभावी रोक लगाने की कठोर से कठोरतम करवाई करने की कृपा करे

केंद्र से सारी सेवाएं सुचारु ढंग से भेजी जा रही हैं परिधि में अभी भी कही कही या कभी कभी अधिकतर जगह पर संतुलित रूप से रिक्त स्थान की पूर्ति नहीं हो पा रही है कारण देश काल परिस्थिति भी हो सकती है लेकिन निष्काम कार्य में कोई बाधा नहीं आती देश काल परिस्थितियां भी नही समय आ गया है मानव जाति को पूर्ण प्लेटफार्म प्रदान कर दिया जय जिससे अनंत संभावनाएं याद आ जाय
