# Formation of Vegetable Farming Clusters - VFCs : Government of India Ministry of Agriculture can formulate Vegetable Farming Clusters involving identified FPOs across the country. Primarily 12 VFCs can be formed three each in North East West & South Zones with the assistance of Agriculture Ministries of States & UTs. The identified FPOs will focus on cultivating 75% of Vegetables through out the year and rest 25% other crop variants. The key objective of the VFCs is to restricting volatility of Vegetable Prices and their availability in all seasons in their Zonal Areas. Vegetables unlike grains pulses cereals lentils Millets has perishable in nature and have little shelf life. The long transportation duration of Vegetables from one location to another location further decreases the shelf life. Abnormal increase of Politically Sensitive Vegetables like Onions Tomatoes Chillies Brinjal etc have always created problems for Governments especially during elections.

Also make law that one person may be issued only one mobile, and can open only one bank account in india. 3. Immovable, property must be attached with adhar card. 4. For various type of complaints only one complaint number should work throughout india, it is manageable very easily by telecom department.

sir, manipur ,Nagaland, meghalaya govt need to change logistic approach, whichever fact govt can act ,like destroy drug cultivation, arm supplier, fiance, small initiative to trap each culprit. Assam rifle need to be replace with maratha fighter, far off regiment task based, to destroy mafia network. whichever country support kuki due to missionary cause, our govt has to list wrong doing , joint army exercise with support country can be done to finish such drug mafia.
