How many years should People be mute spectators of unruly behavior of Parliamentarians? Member of Parliament are responsible to the People of Bharat. If Parliament is adjourned due the behavior of a Parliamentarians, then it is a waste of time effort and money. So a law should be passed wherein Speaker of the house can suspend the member and confiscate his/her entire property. Or Speaker can conduct a aadhaar based survey of behavior of Parliamentarians. People of Bharat can vote to point the Parliamentarians who are responsible for waste of time and effort of Parliament. The Speaker can take the feedback of the survey and suspend the member from Parliament proceedings and confiscate his/her entire property. S/he also needs to apologise to the People of Bharat before entering the Parliament. A repeat offender should not be allowed to stand for election in his/her life time and his/her entire property be confiscated.

CAT website shows, total no. of disposed cases 295291, total no. of pending cases 127033 and total filed cases 433997. (Today status) A newspaper report recently cited similar statistics of Supreme Court status of cases. One may refer national judicial data grid. This is wrong statistics and manipulation of data. MA (Miscellaneous applications) are being treated a fresh case. But actually they are part of Ordinary Application (OA) in CAT tribunal. Only OA majority forms a fresh case. These are effort consuming to dispose of and these are majority pending in courts. Please order courts and National Judicial Data Grid to show correct factual data on their websites. The division and status of cases in OA, MA, Contempt should be clearly shown on the websites for correct and proper functioning. It will be an award for honest, impartial, knowledgeable, independent and hard working judges and judiciary. This

1. Please see CAT Delhi Principal Bench causelist of today date (attached). Any bench hears around 40 cases in a day at maximum. It is wrong to list 60-100 cases in each bench which no one can dispose of. 2. Cases of 2020 fall above 50 number in the causelist. So, they will be heard after 5 years from now, as court is now hearing matters of 2015. 3. Is CAT tribunal Principal bench takes 10 years to dispose of a case, what is the usage of High Court and Supreme Court? 4. Due to the delay in disposal of cases and presence of AIS members in tribunal, there is huge corruption, nepotism and casteism in government offices like IB, MHA, secretariat. Officers intentionally do wrong as they know tribunal will not hear cases till their retirement.
