Sir, Would suggest to have specific program/initiative to identify and train talented females at young age for higher education... Kindly have targeted focus on intelligent females for organizations like ISRO, DRDO, ordinance factories etc...because, when both husband and wife are working then, females tends to looks for stable job just like teaching... therefore, more Intelligent females can join such organizations and they will be more stable in job as well. 🙏 Their only concern would be taking care of their kids while they are working till they are in mid school.. so if that can be taken care of then, those females can give their best ... because, in current scenario Indian govt cannot pay as per global rate of developed nations....and we can't blame on individuals if they put monetary aspects and standard of life above other things.🙏🙏

I am writing to you today to express my concern about the way in which the government is upgrading its systems. I believe that the government is moving too quickly and not doing enough testing before launching new systems. This is causing a great deal of inconvenience for users, and it is also costing the government money in terms of penalties and lost productivity. I recently tried to register on the new MCA portal, but I was unable to do so. I called the customer care number, but I was on hold for 30 minutes before the call was disconnected. I tried again a few days later, but I had the same experience. I am not the only one who has had this experience. There are many people who have been unable to use the new MCA portal, and the government has been forced to pay penalties for non-compliance. I believe that the government should slow down the pace of its system upgrades and do more testing before launching new systems. This would save the government money in the long run.
