Res Sir. As a Indian citizen I want to keep my view in front of u. In 2024 There will be elections for prime minister of india if we take sum states election who completed 4 years tenure with pm election. Newly selected state govt will start there tenure from next year after completing old govt tenure by this way we can save money which we spend on election and that money we can spend on poor people. Thank u Jai Hind Jai Bharat.

Standing orders for workers should be kept uniform at the national level. A clear ratio system should be developed regarding the number of permanent, temporary, contract employees, apprentices etc. There is a need for clear procedures across the country for recruitment of substitute workers, contract workers, women workers, apprentices etc. It is painful to see pay discrepancies between people doing the same job. For male and female employees whether classified as skilled, semi skilled, unskilled Wage discrepancies between Experience & Grades should have value for which pay rates below half is not acceptable. 1000 -3000 is acceptable. Govt subsidy for apprentices is correct. But wage rates for workers across the country should be kept the same. The number of migrant workers is increasing day by day. Mostly migrant workers are engaged in contract work. Job security, wages, health etc Migrant workers have problems in affairs. Create one india, one standing orders for workers across country

The strong action taken by the Central Government after the demands of women workers in textile mills across the country against wage discrepancies and unemployment is welcome. The reason why various happy events are happening like job permanent orders, promotion in grades is due to the serious measures taken by the central government. The central govt authorities have issued a stern warning to the companies that have been exploiting the labor of women workers and are enforcing justice. However, textile companies are trying to use new tactics to bypass loopholes in the law and carry out layoffs.Pvt textile companies are acting in various contradictory ways such as hiring permanent women workers in new jobs without continuing their work and making them start again from the position of trainees in other departments. Not only textile millsThe govt should seriously monitor and take action on the work details of women workers working in all limited companies under the textile sector

Respected Prime Minister, Greetings, I am a woman from our country India. Today, with belief and hope, I am trying to convey my point to you. We all are well aware of what happened with the women in Manipur. I feel extremely sad that whatever may be the reason why women are victims, we have to struggle everyday with home and society but heart breaks when after facing so much we have to hear such incidents. You have done a lot of work for the development of the country and are still doing it, but I want to ask what is the existence of that society in our country where women do not feel safe. In the incident that took place in Manipur, you have assured strict action against accused, but will women be safe from this? I demand from you to make strict law for the safety of women. Thank you!

Hi Sir, I Would like to share my idea regarding our school education provided by Kendra Vidyalaya. By creating multiple branches according to location and providing education in focusing mother tongue as main subject along with English, EVS and Maths will create a great impact in KV admission. People who speaks different language will benefit greatly. Thank you for the opportunity!!!
