For maintaining the confidentiality and smooth transmission of financial information between the departments, a mechanism to exchange financial data between the departments can be introduced, by placing Audit Trail as backup, in case the data gets misused by any official in a department. If repetitive compliances are gathered and bundled into 1 or 2, then the public who are complying with compliances can have unified filings and need not have to repeat the process of submitting the same financial information with every other department.
