There should be boundary of courts. Panchayat, crimes, Land dispute should be taken by Session court. State dispute to be considered by High court. Inter states and Centre dispute to be considered by Supreme court. Why Session court, High court then Supreme court? Never ending process. No courts should interfere in others boundary.
