Honourable Sir, I was issued a Rs. 5000 challan in Ayodhya for not having an HSRP in my car, though Jharkhand High Court had stayed HSRP issuance for my vehicle. I filed 3 grievances and multiple RTIs, but UP, Jharkhand, and central ministries (Home & Road Transport) denied responsibility. Grievances were closed prematurely without resolution or citizen feedback, violating CPGRAMS guidelines. RTIs were mishandled—one remains pending, first appeals filed for two, and a second appeal for one. RTI replies misused Section 2(f) to deny access to existing records. Even escalation to the Directorate of Public Grievances failed to yield accountability. This case highlights a jurisdictional vacuum, lack of inter-agency coordination, and systemic gaps in grievance and RTI handling. I request your kind attention in Mann Ki Baat to raise awareness and initiate reforms for transparent, responsive, and unified digital governance that protects citizen rights across states and ministries.

Most of the streets (gallees) of Varanasi are very much over crowded.Some of these streets have to be widened in order to restore free flow of traffic.There are no sufficient chairs either iron cement or wooden near the ghats.Their number have to be increased. The present toilets and drinking water facilities near the ghats are not sufficient and new ones have to be constructed Coming to my native place Nellore which is the nearest town for Krishnapatnam port the port needs a face lift and development on the lines of Visakhapatnam port trust and Machilipatnam port.The capacity of the port has to be increased There are several units of BHEL in India and Varanasi is one among them. Last year honorable PM has allocated about 1000 crores for its development. It can be still expanded by alloting another 5000 crores to make it one amongst biggest

नमस्कार सभी को, आज मैं आप सबके सामने एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण विषय पर अपने विचार रखना चाहूँगा – **स्कूल में कौशल विकास और करियर विकल्प**। आज के युग में सिर्फ किताबों का ज्ञान काफी नहीं है। अगर हमें जीवन में सफलता पाना है तो हमें नए कौशल सीखने होंगे। संवाद कौशल, टीमवर्क, नेतृत्व क्षमता, कंप्यूटर ज्ञान जैसे कौशल हर छात्र के लिए बहुत जरूरी हैं। करियर के लिए भी हमें नए विकल्पों की जानकारी होनी चाहिए। आज सिर्फ डॉक्टर, इंजीनियर या शिक्षक ही करियर नहीं है, बल्कि डेटा साइंस, आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस, डिजिटल मार्केटिंग, उद्यमिता जैसे नए करियर भी तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं। सरकार भी **स्किल इंडिया मिशन** जैसे कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से युवाओं को नए कौशल सिखा रही है। मेरा मानना है कि स्कूल में कार्यशालाएँ, सेमिनार और व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण होना चाहिए जिससे हम अपनी रुचि के क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ सकें। अंत में बस इतना कहूँगा कि **ज्ञान के साथ कौशल और सही करियर मार्गदर्शन ही हमें सफल बनाता है**। धन्यवाद!

There should be only one level of recruitment in every government department and that should be directly after 12th class. Now every person recruited, does the job and pursues graduation at the same time in the relevant subject of department. Departmental promotion examination should be treated equivalent to graduation. In other words I can say, the department should act as both, a college and work place. The person recruited will study in the area of interest and his willingness for future promotion. Think of the scenario, where an army man studies defense studies, and a revenue department person studies finance. Think of a Sepoy becoming Chief of Army step by step, how much experience and knowledge he will have. This will change the public opinion and their megalomaniac behavior towards lower ranks. Top ranks will not think any work as minor and the strong message will go to society. Juniors will work hard in a will for promotion. More job satisfaction and lesser switching of jobs
